What are Magic Books
Magic Books are a series of Augmented Reality (AR) books that use animated 3D characters, interactive worksheets, and activities designed to deliver an exciting, hands-on, multi-sensory educational experience that is truly engaging and seriously fun for kids of all ages.

How do I order?Subscription Plans There are three subscription plans to choose from: Monthly 3 month 12 month Choose an age group: Crawler –0 to 3 Blossom -3 to 4 Starter – 5 & up Place your order! Shipping is free on all Subscription plans Subscription plans can be changed, paused, or canceled at any time by sending an email to support@ilifespace.com. Download the App Google Play Store Apple IOS Check your email for login credentials to begin using the app and the online Demo Book.

Can I order without a subscription plan?Yes, individual books can be ordered online at www.mymagicbooks.shop. Just follow the same steps as in the subscription plans. Shipping will be free on all orders over $30.

How do I cancel my subscription?You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to support@ilifespace.com. Before you go, please let us know if there’s anything we can do to help. Also, you can pause or change your subscription plan at any time.

I canceled my subscription - why did I receive a Magic BookWe do ask for at least 3 days’ notice of cancellation so that orders aren’t shipped. If you receive a book after you have canceled, please send an email to support@ilifespace.com.

What happens at the end of my subscription?At the end of a non-renewing subscription term, the subscription will expire. We’ll send you a renewal notice by email and you may choose to renew your subscription, change to another, or cancel.

How do you handle autorenewals?Your subscription will automatically renew. If you want to cancel, just send an email to support@ilifespace.com 3 days prior to the shipping date which will be posted in your account online. If you have any questions, please send an email to support@ilifespace.com and we will contact you within 24 hours.

How much does a subscription cost?Monthly = $30 Quarterly = $$75 Annual = $240 Shipping is free on all subscription plans, and you can change or cancel at any time by sending an email to support@ilifespace.com.

How much is an individual book if I don’t have a subscription plan?Individual books are $40 each and shipping is free. If you have a plan and want to buy a book from another age group, then the price will be $30 and shipping will be free.

How do the Magic Books games work?You can download the Magic Books Games app at the following links: Android https://pro.games.ilifespace.com/ IOS You will find games that are free and you will also receive information on paid games with your subscription every month.

How do you handle Returns, Refunds and Cancellations?Returns Returns 30-day. No questions asked! We know your kids are going to fall in love with I-Come to Life. But, if for some reason, we’re not a good fit, just send an email to support@ilifespace.com to let us know there’s a problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return books in unused condition ordered from www.mymagicbooks.shop. Refunds Once we have the return, we will process the refund, or send you a new book, respectively. If you purchased the subscription through the iPad app, please contact the Apple App store to request cancellation, and a refund. The return label is also on us! Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Cancellations We hate to see you go! Did you know you can pause your subscription or switch to another plan. To cancel, send an email with your contact information to support@ilifespace.com and we will process your request within three business days. To switch to another plan or age group, please send an email to support@ilifespace.com and we will process the change within three business days and ship the new books. Autorenewals can be changed by sending an email to support@icometolife.com Please note that depending on shipping and billing cycles, cancellations and all other changes can take up to 30 days

How much does shipping cost?Shipping on all first orders is free to USA and Canada including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is always free on Subscription plans to the USA and Canada including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Options on Non-Subscription OrdersAfter your first order: UPS Regular 3-10-day Shipping on all USA orders over $40 is free. UPS Regular Shipping on all orders over $90 to Canada is free.

Where can I find tracking information?When we ship your box, you will receive a tracking email from shipping@ilifespace.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please check to make sure the tracking email is not in your spam mailbox. If you don’t receive a tracking email, please send an email to shipping@ilifespace.com including your name, address, and contact information.

How do I update my shipping address?You can update a subscription's shipping address from your My Account page. On your My Account page click the “Subscriptions” tab, then click Update my shipping address.

After placing an order, when will it ship?First orders, both subscription and non-subscription, will ship within 3-5 business days after order is received. Subsequent Subscription orders will generally ship within 1 to 3 business days after order is received.

I haven't received my box shipment. What do I do?If you haven't received a shipment, please send an email to shipping@ilifespace.com with your name, address, and tracking number. Customer service will contact you within two business days with an update on your order status.

Do subscriptions going to the same address ship together?Yes, we ship boxes going to the same shipping address together. If you need to change the shipping destination after placing an order, please send an email to shipping@icometolife.com.
